What services do you offer?
At SpringPoint, we offer direct hire, contract-to-hire, contract, and payroll services to meet the day-to-day needs of your business.
What are payroll services?
SpringPoint handles all the bank deposits, withdrawals, tax withholding, adjustments, and reporting needs of your business, so you and your team can stay focused on the job at hand.
Do you offer IT managed services?
We are proud to say that SpringPoint’s IT managed services team was so successful they became their own company in 2022! This said—while SpringPoint no longer directly offers IT managed services, we are happy to refer you to our sister company—Hummingbird.Tech.
How do you vet candidates?
After discussing your company’s needs, our recruiting professionals will screen prospective candidates. Followed by a meeting to further discuss their skill set. Then, we will present you with a detailed summary of select candidates that best match your position requirements.
Are candidates readily available?
This depends on the need. We stay in contact with applicants through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and we have a respectable number of individuals ready to work. This said—at the end of the day, we will work to find the best candidates for your specific need, and we do not mind searching for them.
