Do you offer remote positions?
Yes! In addition to on-site and hybrid positions, we work with clients offering remote positions to candidates.
The IT industry is our specialty, not our exclusivity. SpringPoint also works with leaders in finance, oil & gas, manufacturing, and other industries. Furthermore, IT companies maintain a wide range of business needs that do not require experience in the IT industry.
Where are your on-site and hybrid opportunities located?
We are local, and we specialize in local. This means most of SpringPoint’s opportunities are near our offices in Tulsa, OK and Rogers, AR. However, if you are interested, our connections branch out to opportunities in surrounding states as well.
What does the interview process look like?
We like to keep it simple at SpringPoint. A SpringPoint recruiter will reach out for initial contact and then schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet. Based on that conversation, our recruiting professional will present you with opportunities. Then, we will connect you directly to the hiring manager of what you are interested in.
