SpringPoint is adding approximately 15 .NET developers who are experienced with C#; framework 2.0/3.0, to the internal staff.  Work will revolve around Microsoft SharePoint (MOSS '07).  Experience with SharePoint will be preferred, but is not required.  Ted Pattison training will be provided for qualified employees who want to learn new and relevant technologies. 

Work will be done in an unstructured environment.  The potential employee will see the benefits that can be gained by customizing Microsoft solutions to fit business needs.  A love of learning and discovering bleeding edge technologies is a must. 

SpringPoint is an innovative, quality-focused company.  The day-to-day duties will consist of participation with architecture, development, and implementation of web based applications.  The results of these efforts will be visible very quickly.  The qualified candidate needs to have familiarity with, and an advanced knowledge of some combination of the following:  web services, C#, SQL server 2005, UML, CSS, n-tier development, and/or enterprise library just to name a few. 

Three+ years of web development experience is necessary to meet the above requirements.  Microsoft Certifications are a plus (or at least the desire to obtain them), as is experience with SharePoint or a similar content management system.

Java Developer

This is a full-time position with a great Tulsa company.

The qualified person will be joining a team that will architect, design, and develop a brand new web-based system.  This person will be an integral part of the front end design and development.  The environment is very team oriented; personality fit will be a big factor. 

Experience with the following is required:  JSF, Facelets, AJAX, CSS, and HTML.  The qualified person should also have some combination of the following in their skill set:  J2EE, servlets, javascript, rich faces, EJB, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, struts, Maven, portlets, and/or portals.  This group is transitioning to an AGILE methodology.  Experience with SCRUM and exposure to an AGILE evironment is preferred, but not necessary.

This position is best described as a hybrid position for a very stable, team-oriented company in Oklahoma City. 

The qualified person will have experience in a development environment.  C# .NET skills are necessary, as is experience with web services.  This position will also be involved with configuration management and the troubleshooting of error logs to increase productivity.  Knowing how the infrastructure responds to new operations, like a web service, and how it will perform is a key part of this position.
